Hmm... you make a good point, but I'd have to expand it by one word: The only safety is Christ's death. Well, technically, I'd have to add His resurrection and ascension, but then my comment becomes really, really wordy, doesn't it?

I stand by my original statement. If you don't believe in Christ (or any God) then the only time you will be safe from harm is when you are dead and nothing else can happen to you. If you DO believe in all those things, as we both do, then in our own death we are safe to go home to the Father and safe from the temptations of earth.
