I used to put a lot of weight on the opinions of my father, but the older I get, the more I see that he's just a man with a lot of problems himself. These days, I would be hard pressed to come up with one person who fits that description. I hate that you've made me think this hard so early in the morning.

AG - It explains a lot about myself, as well. Beth - Sorry about making you think so early, but imagine how it felt writing that first thing after I got out of bed!

Hey, it's okay. The old noodle doesn't get much of a workout these days what with my STIFLINGLY BORING job. I mean, does insurance sound interesting to ANYONE? Ugh.

I think insurance sounds exciting, but then again, all I know about insurance comes from that cartoon where Daffy Duck tries to badger Porky Pig into buying a policy. That was some funny stuff let me tell you.

A. Oh. I See. So you USED to come to Salem. Just not, y'know. NOW.

B. Most important person is my mother, but not so much her opinion of me as my responsibility to take care of her.

We only went on Saturdays. I still like hanging out there, but I don't get out as much as I used to. Now I spend my saturdays cleaning someone's stinky litter box and other things like that.

I'm guessing though that there is someone who is critical to the way you think about yourself.

It could also be pronounced like Doy-ron.

There are so many possible pronounciations... I just hope she picked the right one - the one I want!

I never heard of that Julie Doiron before but she lives in Canada where there are a lot of people who talk that French. So I bet she's Dwa-ROHN.

You don't know - nay, cannot know! - how sad that makes me, golfwidow. As nice as Dwa-ROHN is, do-iron is infinitly cooler. I mean, "DO IRON"! Oh, well. She's a good musician, so I'll let it slide. Aren't I magnanimous?
