welcome back. my first and only jury duty experience was the same. they had like 200 people there for six cases. and I think that they settled four of them out of court.

I still haven't been picked for jury duty. So sad. I want to get picked for a cool serial murder case or something.

I get called for Jury Duty all the time. I know lots of people who are called once every 20 years. I think the Mass. DOJ needs a new randomizing algorithm.

Anyway, it was actually quite fun and tomorrow I plan on writing about the book I read while waiting.

Also, I'll write about the retreat and lunch with the old co-workers. Fun stuff.

I'm jealous, I want to have jury duty. I have a friend whose done it 6 times now. But, she uses that time wisely. She decided it was God's way of telling her to marry a lawyer...

I think I used the time pretty wisely. I have no interest in marrying a lawyer, though... although the prosecuting attorney was kind of a hottie....

I love Jury duty. I hope I get called again soon. I was wondering where you've been. Welcome back.

Thanks for missing me, E-Beth! I don't mind jury duty at all except for the fact that some of the courthouses in Boston are difficult to get to or in bad neighborhoods, etc...
