I have also seen the Narnia trailer and cannot wait to go see it, along with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory this summer and of course, Star Wars III, once all the hoopla settles down. And I get some money, whichever comes first. Friendships are important, no matter what sex they are, my dear friend Crate!

Well, I'm going to see Ep 3 tonight. I'm trying not to get too excited, but:

YAY

I'm looking forward to Charlie, but not in the same way I'm looking forward to LW&W.

And yeah, friendship shouldn't have anything to do with gender. Most of my close firends are women. But isn't that a little odd? I mean, it's been a long time since I've had a close male friendship.

I am SO EXCITED about LW&W. I just heard about it a few days ago and I freaked. When I was younger, all my close friends were guys. Now that I'm (supposedly) a grown-up, I have more girl friends. Or perhaps that has something to do with being married and my husband not liking my guy friends...?

When I was in high school and the first couple years of college I had a lot of close guy friends. Then I stopped smoking pot, stopped drinking myself sick and stopped playing video games and then I suddenly ran out of close guy freinds. I wonder if there is a connection...

hah...funny...same thing happened to me in regards to dating. except replace video games with shallow wanton sex on demand.

Well, I was and am a geork, so I never had that problem.

I got chills and tingles when I saw the LWW trailer too.

But was it because it is such a great trailer or such a good book???

this is going to sound really geeky, but yesterday when i went to see star wars they had the trailor for "the lion the witch and the wardrobe" and i freaked out. as in squeaking, and frantically waving my hands around in a paroxysm of glee.

Got excited too... it was a great looking trailer. However, my excitedment was tempered by the thought "remember how bad the bbc's version was. That said, How fake did the lion look?
